I really thank God that I am not homeless. I would rather die than sleep in the street, cold, in front of others. In these past hours I was freezing. It’s so depressing to know that these people will sleep coverless. Tonight I will be sleeping in my own room with the heat on. In contrast, these people that I saw today will be sleeping on the grass, on a windy night. Today, my heart was singing, but not my mouth. I didn’t have enough energy to sing. I ask everybody to pray for Mr. Mason, and Ms. Bixon with all the other homeless people. In conclusion, my life is changed today, today I felt I am free, I am not the food’s slave.
