Using the wrap around method our social workers do the following…
- Assess each participant on a case by case basis to determine immediate and long term needs through house visitation
- After understanding their needs, we come up with a mission statement for our participants to help develop a one year family and personal plan
- After a site visit and assessment, then the social worker will examine the case to see how the church, county and MLC facilities can help fulfill the needs of the family.
