Mission Life Center (MLC) is able to help plan an individual or group mission trip.  We have set dates as well as the ability to customize trips.  We will take care of flights, transportation, visas (if needed) as well as all training material necessary to help you prepare for your trip. 

Domestic Missions

New Orleans

We have been working in New Orleans since the devastation of hurricane Katrina.  Year after year we have continued to send groups.  Initially the mission involved tearing down New Orleans and the devastation while serving spiritually and physically.  By the grace of God, New Orleans has moved to the rebuilding phase and we continue to partner with local ministries while continually working with the community once we are gone.  If interested, MLC can set up a weeklong group mission trip to New Orleans. 

Bronx, NY

We have partnered with Jump Ministries in Bronx, NY.  MLC has been working in the Bronx for the past two years.  Ministry ranges from prison ministry, HIV ministry, local soup kitchens, bible camps for local youth and much more.  We can set up a group or individual mission trip to the Bronx.  We have sent and continue to send groups as young as 4th grade for weeklong mission trips.

Rochester, NY

Working with Coptic Orthodox Evangelism Fellowship of North America under the Auspices of H.G. Bishop Youssef, MLC is able to help arrange a trip to Rochester, NY to work with urban needs of the community.  The mission includes prison ministry, shelter for battered women and more.

Zambia

Working in conjunction with the OZ Project, MLC has been sending groups to Zambia for 10 years now.  We arrange for short-term mission (2 weeks, 1 month) interim missions (3-9 month missions) and long-term missions (1+ years).  You will work with the local church as well as with the OZ Project, and also getting involved in different ministries that are offered.  We also have an opportunity for medical missions in Zambia working in their Hope Clinic as well as their HIV clinic. Sudan

We have sent a group to Sudan and are prepared to send many more groups to there.  The strife in the region has not made it easy to send trips but as long as you have a passport other than an American one, we can arrange for a short-term missions trip to this location.

In conjunction with His Grace Anba Agathon, we have sent short term and interim mission trips to aid and be blessed by the mission there. If you are interested in serving in South America, we can arrange for a short-term mission trip to Brazil. Those that are fluent in Portuguese are encouraged to join this mission.
